Push-Back Pallete Racking System
Push-back palette racking is a system whereby of nested carts operate on angled rails in a lane. The first pallete is loaded onto the top cart with the next pallete being used to push it back exposing the subsequent cart. This process is repeated until the lane is full. When picking the palletes, the operator would remove the front pallete (last pallete in), allowing the palletes on the carts behind it to roll gently to the front of the rack (pick face).
This system demands a good logistical capacity both in quality and quantity, as it automates the handling of items on the palletes.
• Enhances space utilization
• Easy operator access
• No need for specialized handling equipment
